Biography
In January 2019, Adam Page signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Page was scheduled to face Pac at Double or Nothing after a confrontation between the two at an AEW press conference in January. However, in May the match was cancelled due to “creative differences”. A week before Double or Nothing at Wrestle Gate Pro, Page made a surprise appearance and answered an open challenge from Pac that ended in disqualification with Page winning. After the match, Pac attacked Page’s knee. Despite his knee injury, Page was a surprise entrant in the pre-show Casino Battle Royale at Double or Nothing, where he last eliminated MJF to win and get an AEW World Championship opportunity. On August 31 at All Out, Page faced Chris Jericho for the AEW World Championship; Jericho defeated him to become the inaugural champion. On the inaugural episode of AEW Dynamite on October 2, Page was defeated by Pac. At Full Gear on November 9, Page would defeat Pac via pinfall to end the feud. On the November 20 episode of Dynamite, Page competed in the inaugural Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale, where he and MJF were the final two competitors remaining in the match. However, the following week on Dynamite, Page was defeated by MJF in a match where the winner would receive the Dynamite Diamond Ring.
At Bash at the Beach on January 15, 2020, Page teamed with Kenny Omega to win a four-way tag team match to become the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. On the January 22 episode of Dynamite, Page and Omega defeated SoCal Uncensored (Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky) to win the tag team championship, marking the first ever title change in AEW history. At Revolution on February 29, 2020, Page and Omega retained their title against The Young Bucks. In the 2020 Fyter Fest, he and Omega retained the titles by defeating Best Friends.
